Thanks to Everyone who participated in
The Sand Mandala of Compassion
with Lama Tenzin
We had over 750 people attend throughout the week of March 15th-19th.
In addition to the public, groups from many schools and organizations met Lama Tenzin and witnessed the Sand Mandala being made: PS 321, IS 298, PS 166, PSK 132, PS 394, The Berkeley Carroll School, The Coop School, The Red Hook Playgroup, The Little Sun People Too, CDSC’s Head Start Program and the Tompkins Park Senior Center.
Thank you for your participation!
The Brooklyn Eagle wrote a great article about Lama Tenzin and the Mandala. Click here to read it!
Thank you CDSC (Childhood Development Support Corporation) for helping us host Lama Tenzin. CDSC “provides programs that empower families by helping them to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for successful living in today’s society.”
